Injection Mold Customization factory

In the plastic injection molding section are equipped with 30-600 ton fully electric injection molding machines that operate in an orderly manner. These machines can precisely mold various complex plastic parts, ranging from miniature connectors to the upper covers of large energy storage battery packs.Engineers can prevent defects such as shrinkage and bubbles through mold flow analysis. The size of the 0.1mm clip can be controlled within a tolerance of ±0.02mm.

Quality control runs through the entire process. Raw materials are inspected for melt index and moisture content upon entry. During production, a three-coordinate measuring instrument is used to verify the dimensions of the first piece and regular spot checks are conducted. Before delivery of the finished products, UL94 fire resistance level tests and drop tests are carried out. All products comply with the RoHS standard and are traceable throughout the process. High-quality raw materials from companies like Covestro and Sinopec are selected. The products have high strength, corrosion resistance and good appearance texture. The sample delivery cycle is only 5 days, and the on-time delivery rate for batch orders is 98%.

Customized die casting

In the die-casting section,equipped with 280-1200 ton die casting machines, we utilize high-pressure injection to ensure parts are dense and high-strength. Quality control is strictly enforced throughout production: spectrometers control composition deviation to ≤0.5% during smelting, and pressure sensors monitor injection curves. After X-ray flaw detection and CMM inspection (with critical dimensional errors ≤0.05mm), parts undergo CNC machining and surface treatment in-house. This fully integrated process guarantees both lead time and quality.

Using premium raw materials from Chalco and Zhuzhou Smelter, our products offer high strength, heat dissipation, and corrosion resistance. Our optimized processes allow for a 7-day sample lead time and a 99% on-time delivery rate for bulk orders, with all data recorded in our MES system for full traceability.

(01 ) - What services does your factory mainly provide? Is customization supported?

We specialize in one-stop precision plastic injection molding and aluminum/zinc alloy die-casting services, covering mold R&D, molding production, secondary processing, and final assembly. We fully support OEM/ODM customization. You only need to provide 3D drawings, 2D dimension drawings, or samples, and we will complete mold design, material selection, and process optimization to meet your customization needs.

(02 ) - What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

It is flexibly adjusted according to product type. The MOQ for plastic parts can be as low as 500-1,000 pieces, and the MOQ for die-cast parts is typically 500-1,000 pieces. The specific quantity will be determined based on product complexity and the number of mold cavities. Small-batch trial production is supported.

(03 ) - What materials do you use? Does the product meet environmental protection standards?

Plastic parts are made from engineering plastics such as ABS, PC, and PA, while die-cast parts are made from aluminum alloy and zinc alloy, all using high-quality raw materials. All products comply with RoHS environmental standards, and test reports such as material certificates and environmental protection reports can be provided upon request.

(04 ) - What is the dimensional accuracy that the product can achieve? Can special processes be carried out?

The tolerance for key parts of plastic parts can reach ±0.02mm, and the tolerance for key dimensions of die-cast parts can be controlled within ±0.05mm. We support complex processes such as two-color injection molding, insert molding, and thin-wall die casting. Mold flow analysis/casting simulation will be conducted in advance to avoid defects such as shrinkage and air bubbles.

(05 ) - How do you ensure product quality? Can you provide the test report?

We implement strict quality control throughout the entire process: incoming raw material inspection, regular in-process sampling, and pre-delivery testing including fire resistance/drop tests (for plastic parts) and hardness/porosity testing (for die-cast parts). All data is fully traceable. Various test documents such as material certificates, dimension reports, and environmental protection reports can be provided.

(06 ) - What are the delivery times for sample making and bulk orders respectively?

After mold completion, sampling for simple parts takes 3-5 days, and for complex parts, it takes about 7 days. The lead time for regular bulk orders is 15-20 days, with an on-time delivery rate of over 98%. Urgent orders can be accommodated through optimized production scheduling.

(07 ) - How can I get a quote? How do you handle product quality issues?

Provide drawings/samples along with requirements for materials, quantity, and surface treatment, and you will receive a quote within 24 hours. If quality issues arise, we support free rework or return/exchange. We will analyze the cause and optimize the process immediately to prevent the same problem from recurring.
